The NeuralPlan Condensed Course
The NeuralPlan Condensed course is conducted at your own pace, online, with a full training manual, a platform that uses gamification for better retention, and videos that provide instruction by the scientists who developed the course. The condensed course is meant for professionals who want to learn some of the core concepts, but are not yet able to commit to the full NPPQ course at this time. Some of the topics include:
- Overview of NeuralPlan concepts and behavioral science in planning
- Introduction to Behavioral Project Management
- The 9 cognitive moderators of decision-making in planning in forecasting
- A more in-depth look at a few of the applicable cognitive biases
- Description of the 5 prediction modalities in planning error mitigation

90 pages of planning, forecasting, and risk training, designed from over 250 evidence-based research studies on human cognition.
